Founded in 1993, Frisella's Roastery's first location was situated in the bustling college town of La Verne, a city nestled among the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, yet only 30 miles from Los Angeles. Our second Frisella's restaurant, established in 2006, is in the heart in Glendora's quaint, historic "Village."

Frisella's menu boasts a wonderful variety of freshly-prepared items that include our “almost famous” ribs, chicken, tri-tip beef, and pork. All of our meats are slow-smoked in Frisella's own 10' smoker, using Santa Maria red oak and mesquite firewood for those tender and delicious flavors.
At Frisella's we take pride in our zesty BBQ sauce, colorful salads, salsa, just-baked rolls, rich marinara sauce, crispy potato chips, and our incredible desserts all made from scratch.
